13 Not-So-Radical Ideas to Save Ed with $100 Million Bucks

Though he has little experience in philanthropy and no connection to Newark, Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg is the latest entrepreneur to join the ed reform rush. His plan to donate $100 million to the city of Newark to overhaul its school system is said to likely include merit pay for teachers, closing failing schools, and opening more charters.

My thought...
They're not that radical at all though, Ravitch and Richardson are closest. Agree?
